Description
Liverpool born outside right William Michaels had a brief professional football career with Everton, making his Football League debut in a home defeat to Sheffield United in October 1909. A month later he played in a defeat at Nottingham Forest and the following January he featured in a home win over Preston North End. Michaels joined Wirral side Egremont at the end of the season, and no other details of his playing career are known.
