Winger Will Bradshaw was born at Habergham Eaves near Burnley and after playing for Burnley Belvedere in 1899, he joined Second Division Woolwich Arsenal in March 1900, making his Football League debut against Blackpool in November 1902, scoring in 2-1 victory. He remained with The Gunners for 2 years, scoring two goals in four appearances. He then spent a season in the Southern League with Fulham in 1904-05 before returning to the Second Division with Burton United in July 1905. In his two years at Burton, he made 75 appearances, scoring 13 goals. The club finished in the penultimate place in the League table in 1906, and the following season in 1907 finished bottom. The club was then voted out of the Football League.
Bradshaw then joined his hometown club, Burnley in July 1907 for another season in the Second Division scoring once in 11 games, before dropping out of League football, with spells at Burnell’s Ironworks, Chester and Ton Pentre in 1909, before leaving England to play for Norwood Wanderers in Canada in 1911.
He was the son of Burnley, Arsenal and Fulham manager Harry Bradshaw and the older brother of Joe Bradshaw who played for Fulham, Chelsea, QPR and Southend United, and also managed Southend, Swansea, Fulham and Bristol City.
