Description
Full back George Gilchrist had joined Rangers playing 3 times between 1903 and 1905 before moving to Partick Thistle at the end of the 1904-05 season. However his move wasn’t properly registered and he was suspended at the start of the 1905-06 season for a month for having played 3 matches unregistered!
This photograph was taken before the match against Celtic on 4th November 1905.
