Description
Local born full back Len Grant joined his hometown professional club from Reading United in 1921, making his Reading debut at Plymouth Argyle in October 1921 in Division 3 (South). He made the full back berth his own both that season and the following one, when he was ever present, however he played the first 2 games of the 1924-25 season and never played again, probably due to injury, after a lone strike against Portsmouth in May 1922 in a total of 79 appearances for The Royals.
