Description
Derby born wing half Jack Lord played for Derby St Luke’s from 1885 and for Derby Junction in 1890 before joining Second Division Leicester Fosse in 1894, making his Football League debut against Burton Wanderers that September. Although he only made 4 first team appearances during his debut season, he scored twice in 19 appearances during 1895-96. The next season proved his last, he scored once more in 11 appearances before leaving the professional game.
