Description
Not much is known about the career of inside left Archibald Young, who made his debut for Hibernian in a Scottish League defeat against Motherwell at Easter Road in March 1920, scoring his first goal in his next match in a win over Queen’s Park the following month. He scored 12 goals in 19 matches in 1921-22 including a run of 6 goals in 5 games during January and February 1922, playing his last match for Hibs in October 1922, having scored 16 times in 38 appearances for them.
